In November 2004, The Epoch Times published a series of editorials titled "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" (hereinafter referred to as "Nine Commentaries"), which were quickly compiled into a book, becoming essential reading for a comprehensive understanding of the Communist Party's true nature. Subsequently, an audiobook and documentary were produced and widely disseminated through various channels. Seminars on the "Nine Commentaries" have also been continuously held in major cities around the world, generating a huge response.

After the publication of the "Nine Commentaries," the CCP remained unexpectedly silent. Zhang Tianliang, a historian and cultural scholar, analyzed: "It is precisely because they know that every word in the 'Nine Commentaries' is true, and the higher up they are, the clearer they are about this, that the CCP has not dared to respond with a single word in the past four months. I once said that the CCP is not afraid of struggle; it will create an enemy to fight even if there isn't one. If you ever see the CCP being beaten without fighting back, it must have been hit where it hurts most."

After reading the "Nine Commentaries," people often no longer wish to associate with the CCP. Therefore, when millions of copies of the "Nine Commentaries" broke through the CCP's blockade and entered mainland China through emails, faxes, and underground printing presses, it quickly triggered a wave of withdrawals from the Party.

As of November 2025, the 21st anniversary of the publication of the "Nine Commentaries," the number of people globally who have withdrawn from the CCP and its affiliated organizations (the Communist Youth League and the Young Pioneers) has reached 450 million. Moreover, this number continues to increase by tens of thousands every day.

Currently, the "Nine Commentaries" has been translated into over 30 languages, including English, Japanese, German, French, Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Italian.

Today, more than a decade after the collapse of communist regimes in the former Soviet Union and Eastern European countries, the global communist movement has long been repudiated by the world. It is only a matter of time before the Chinese Communist Party enters its grave.

Throughout the more than eighty-year history of the Chinese Communist Party, wherever it went, it was always accompanied by lies, wars, famine, dictatorship, massacres, and fear; traditional beliefs and values were violently destroyed by the Communist Party; existing ethical concepts and social systems were forcibly dismantled; the love and harmony between people were distorted into struggle and hatred; reverence and cherish for heaven and earth were turned into arrogant "fighting against heaven and earth," which led to the complete collapse of the social moral system and ecological system, dragging the Chinese nation and even all humanity into a profound crisis. And all these disasters occurred under the precise planning, organization, and control of the Communist Party.

"Helpless, the flowers fall." The dying communist regimes are now at their wits' end, and their collapse is imminent. Before their complete demise, it is necessary for us to comprehensively reflect on and expose this largest cult organization, which embodies all evils from ancient and modern times, both Chinese and foreign. This will allow those who are still deceived by communist regimes to recognize its utterly evil nature, spiritually cleanse the poisonous influence of the Communist Party, psychologically break free from the control of the communist evil specter, escape the shackles of fear, and abandon all illusions about the Communist Party.

The rule of the Chinese Communist Party is the darkest and most absurd page in Chinese history, with Jiang Zemin's suppression of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" being the most evil. This movement nailed the final nail in the CCP's coffin. Reflecting on this history is to ensure that such tragedies never happen again. At the same time, each of us can thereby reflect on our inner world, whether many tragedies that should not have happened were fulfilled because of our cowardice and compromise.
